Burnt Orange
Nothing says fall quite like a burnt orange. This classic autumn color looks great in a variety of ways, from throw pillows to bedsheets. It also looks great as upholstered pieces, such as a headboard or couch. Its deep and warm color will make you excited for scarf and apple cider season.
Ochre Yellow
Another classic fall color is ochre yellow. Reminiscent of the autumn leaves, this rich yellow is bold yet suave. It is a wonderful color to add to larger furniture pieces, such as sofas, loveseats, and armchairs. Watch as this lush color will keep you cheerful and warm spirited through the colder months.
Desert Rose
Desert rose has been all the rage in the color world for the past year, and it is still staying strong. This earthy pink is a calming warm color that works so well to make a space feel cozy yet sophisticated. It works well in pieces such as wall art, area rugs, and small knick knacks and décor. Desert Rose has become the new neutral, adding a soft and grounding energy to any design.
Deep Avocado Green
A rich and earthy green is a lovely way to transition from summer to fall. These dark muted greens work well with the warm fall color palette that we traditionally associate with fall. Now this green color wants to be bold. Get a new chair in this color upholstery, such as a velvet wingback or chesterfield sofa, and create a contrast and balance to the rest of your room’s décor. It will be the start of the room, making your other pieces green with envy.
Add these colors how you desire in your space and enjoy the fall feeling in your home. Until next season that is! Happy decorating!
